- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 small can English peas, drained
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 large fryer, cooked and deboned
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook noodles in broth where chicken was cooked.

2Add Velveeta while still hot.

3Saute onion and green pepper in butter.

4Add all ingredients to noodles broth mixture.

5This makes one large casserole or two small ones.

6Freezes well at this point.

7Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
