  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 small can English peas, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 large fryer, cooked and deboned
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook noodles in broth where chicken was cooked.

    Add Velveeta while still hot.

    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
  4. 4
    Add all ingredients to noodles broth mixture.

    This makes one large casserole or two small ones.

    Freezes well at this point.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
