- 1 c. rice
- pinch of salt
- 2 qt. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Wash rice; boil in water to cover with pinch of salt.

3Bring to a rolling boil.

4Add milk, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and evaporated milk.

5Bring to a rolling boil. Put in ovenproof bowl.

6Stir often.
-
7Bake until good and brown, for 1 hour, at 350°.

8Sprinkle with nutmeg.
