  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Beat egg and milk together.

    Gradually pour over pudding.

    Add rice and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.

    Cool 5 minutes.
