  • 2 c. long grain rice
  • 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

    In saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook, uncovered, on low heat for 15 minutes.
