- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Thoroughly combine beaten eggs and sugar.

2Add milk, vanilla, rice and raisins in a vegetable spray coated 1 1/2-quart dish. Mix; place dish in a pan filled 1-inch deep with very hot water. Place in a 350° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.

3After 30 minutes in oven, stir carefully for good distribution.

4Sprinkle nutmeg over top.

5Serve warm or cold.
