  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Thoroughly combine beaten eggs and sugar.

    Add milk, vanilla, rice and raisins in a vegetable spray coated 1 1/2-quart dish. Mix; place dish in a pan filled 1-inch deep with very hot water. Place in a 350° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.

    After 30 minutes in oven, stir carefully for good distribution.

    Sprinkle nutmeg over top.

    Serve warm or cold.
