- 2 c. hot milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- paprika
Directions

1Melt butter and cheese in milk.

2Add rice and salt.

3Beat eggs slightly and add to mixture.

4Mix thoroughly and pour into greased casserole.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
