- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 4 oz. pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 2 1/2 c. consomme
- 1/4 c. parsley
Directions

1Saute onions in butter for 1 minute.

2Add rice and consomme. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.

3After cooking, add pine nuts and parsley.

4Season to taste.
