  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 4 oz. pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 2 1/2 c. consomme
  • 1/4 c. parsley

Directions

    Saute onions in butter for 1 minute.

    Add rice and consomme. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.

    After cooking, add pine nuts and parsley.
