  • 1 gelatin sheet
  • water
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 5/8 cup sugar
  • 5/8 cup milk
  • 5/8 cup chocolate chips or candied fruit

Directions

    Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain well.

    In a bowl, beat the ricotta with the sugar.

    In a pan, heat the milk and dissolve the gelatin.

    Add the milk to the ricotta, and then add the chocolate chips.

    Pour into molds.
