- 1 gelatin sheet
- water
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 5/8 cup milk
- 5/8 cup chocolate chips or candied fruit
Directions

1Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain well.

2In a bowl, beat the ricotta with the sugar.

3In a pan, heat the milk and dissolve the gelatin.

4Add the milk to the ricotta, and then add the chocolate chips.

5Pour into molds.

6Allow to rest in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
