- 3 c. cooked rigatoni, drained
- 2 slices bacon, minced
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 16 oz. tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
Directions

1Saute bacon, onion and pepper.

2Stir in the tomatoes, marjoram, salt and pepper.

3Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Add ground beef; blend well.

4Place rigatoni in large, shallow, greased baking pan.

5Spoon tomato sauce over the top.

6Bake, covered, in preheated 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.

7Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
