  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 22 Ritz crackers
  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

    Mix the sugar, cream of tartar, cinnamon, hot water and nutmeg and let come to a boil.

    Drop in the Ritz crackers and boil 3 minutes.

    Put in pie crust and bake.
