  • 1 c. white sugar, beaten in slowly
  • 21 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

    Beat above ingredients together and put into ungreased 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 25 minutes at 350° oven.

    Cool completely.

    Top with 1/2 pint real whipping cream beaten stiff.

    Shave plain Hershey candy bar on top and refrigerate overnight.

    Cut in squares and serve.
