- 6 to 7 lb. roast beef
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- onion and green pepper
- lemon pepper
- seasoned salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- whole oregano
- 2 c. water
Directions

1In a large skillet or pot, season your roast with pepper, salt and oregano.

2Let it set overnight in your refrigerator.

3Put it in a pot and cut up your onion and green pepper over it.

4Bring it to a boil.

5Don't forget the 2 cups of water. Simmer, covered, 1 hour. Turn roast.

6Brown flour in pan drippings in skillet. When brown, add water to liquid in pot roast.

7Cook slowly until thick.
