- 2 wild ducks
- to taste orange, quartered
- to taste celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup cooking sherry
- 3/4 cup orange juice
Directions

1Soak ducks in salt water all night. Drain and rinse ducks.

2Salt and pepper ducks inside and out. Stuff them with oranges and celery.

3Place ducks in roasting pan on a rack with water in the bottom.

4Pour sherry and orange juice over ducks.

5Roast 5 hours at 325 degrees.
