- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt and ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Directions

1Peel and thinly slice potatoes.

2Toss with olive oil and 2 cloves minced garlic.

3Layer potatoes in an 8 or 9-inch ovenproof skillet.

4Sprinkle each layer lightly with salt and ground pepper. Sprinkle top layer lightly with 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.

5Bake for 45 minutes until potatoes are brown on top.

6Cut into wedges and serve!
