- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cooked oatmeal
- 3/4 c. crushed Rusket flakes
- 3 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nutmeats
- 1 tsp. Vegex or Savita
- 4 Tbsp. hot water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Dissolve Vegex in 4 tablespoons of hot water.

2Combine all ingredients, except mushroom soup and water.

3Blend well and fry in patties.

4Place in casserole dish and cover with mushroom soup diluted with water.

5Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
