- 4 lb. venison roast
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
Directions

1Season roast with salt, pepper and flour.

2Brown on all sides in hot skillet.

3Place in crock-pot, add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 4 to 5 hours on High.

4Great for Sunday lunch!

5It will be ready when you come in from worship.

6Add rice and serve the tomatoes and onions over the rice.
