    Slice off the top of the garlic head about 1/4-inch of the way down, exposing the inside of the garlic.

    Set it on a square of aluminum foil, drizzle the top with olive oil, and wrap to cover completely.

    Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the garlic is soft and caramelized.
