Roasted Venison Steak

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 large deer steaks, marinated several hours in cold water and 1/2 c. vinegar, rinsed and dried
- 1 large bottle ketchup
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large Vidalia onion
- black pepper
- salt
Directions

1Line casserole dish or large deep dishpan with foil.

2Chop steaks into bite-size pieces.

3Place steak pieces in pan and cover with ketchup.

4Chop onion and bell pepper and spread over steak. Stir together.

5Put remaining ketchup on top.

6Cover with foil and bake at 350° until meat is done.

7Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
