  • 1-1/2 qt. flour
  • 3 cups OREO Base Cake
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 cups butter, melted, cooled
  • 6 each eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2-1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2-1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
  • 2-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • White Chocolate Drizzle
  • - white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tsp. oil

Directions

    Brownies Spray 120 mini-muffin pan cups with cooking spray (or 60 mini muffin pan cups for trial recipe); set aside.

    Combine flour, OREO Base Cake, baking soda and salt; set aside.

    Pour butter into 12-qt.

    bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.

    Add eggs and vanilla.

    Beat on medium speed until well blended.

    Add sugars; mix well.

    Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.

    Stir in OREO Pieces, marshmallows, chocolate chunks and pecans.

    Portion evenly into prepared muffin cups, using #40 scoop.

    Bake in preheated 350F-convection oven 4 to 6 min.

    or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean.

    Cool completely in pans; remove to wire racks.

    White Chocolate Drizzle Place white chocolate and oil in saucepan; cook on low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

    Drizzle over brownies.
