- 2 1/4 c. Bisquick original baking mix
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Mix ingredients until soft dough forms; beat 30 seconds.

3If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough baking mix (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle.

4Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix.

5Roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball.

6Knead gently 10 times.

7Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix.

8Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

9Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

10Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
