  • 1 pkg. frozen bread dough, thawed overnight, wrapped
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb. hot ham
  • Egg Yolk Wash*
  • 1/2 lb. Genoa salami
  • 1 to 2 sliced, briefly sauteed green peppers

Directions

    Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness on floured board.

    Cover, except about 1/4-inch, from edge with salami, cheese, hot ham and peppers.

    Fold in the sides and roll.
