  • 2 cartons Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. chopped parlsye
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, partially cooked
  • spaghetti sauce, your favorite recipe
  • additional Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions

    Mix the cheeses, eggs, seasonings and parsley together.

    Cut the partially cooked lasagna in half.
  3. 3
    Fill each half with 1 heaping tablespoonful of mixture and roll up.

    Put spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a large oiled lasagna dish, then put the filled lasagna with the seam side down in the sauce.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
