- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (not hot)
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 6 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 egg
- 8 Tbsp. Mazola oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Scald milk and let cool to lukewarm. Beat sugar, salt and 3 cups of flour into yeast and milk.

3Add egg and oil, then the other flour.

4Work this together well and let rise in large bowl for 1 1/2 hours or until it doubles.

5Work up again and make into rolls.

6Let rise again.

7Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.

8These are delicious spread with butter.
