- 2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Measure and dissolve dry yeast in warm water.

2Mix in 2 cups sugar, salt, oil, and egg.

3Mix in flour.

4Mix well.

5Cover with damp cloth.

6Keep in the refrigerator 2 hours before baking, shape into balls and let rise until double in size.

7Place in greased pan.

8Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.

9Can be kept in fridge for 2 weeks, if covered with damp cloth.
