- 1/4 c. yeast (2 pkg.)
- 1 qt. warm water
- 3/8 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1/8 c. salt
- 3/8 c. oil
- 2 qt. flour or until dough pulls away from side of bowl
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Add enough flour to pull dough away from side.

3Leave in warm place to double in size.

4Form rolls, 2 ounces each, then let rise double again.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
