  • 6 pork chops or steaks
  • 4 Tbsp. uncooked rice on each chop
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion on each chop
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper on each chop
  • 1 large can tomato puree
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 c. water

Directions

    Lay pork chops on bottom of casserole.

    Put 4 tablespoons uncooked rice on each chop, 1 tablespoon chopped onion and 1 tablespoon green pepper on each chop.

    Pour over 1 large can tomato puree; salt and pepper.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

    Add warm water if necessary.
