- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 oz. Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 oz. firmly shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or 1/2 c.
- 1 Tbsp. dry white wine or dry vermouth
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- green onions
- 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- fresh parsley sprigs
Directions

1In a small mixing bowl at low speed, beat cheeses for 2 minutes.

2Add green onions, optional wine or vermouth and mustard. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes or until fluffy.

3Cover and chill for 2 hours.

4With wet hands, shape into a 3-inch ball and roll in nuts.

5Decorate with parsley and serve with crackers.
