Roquefort Cheese Ball

- 1 lb. Roquefort cheese
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 5 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Beat together the cheese until very smooth.

2Stir in the onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce.

3Mix well.

4Chill for about an hour.

5Shape into 1 large ball or 2 small ones and roll in the nuts.

6Cover well and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with assorted crackers.
