  • 5 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. rye flour
  • 5 c. whole wheat flour
  • 6 1/2 c. white flour

Directions

    Put dark flour in first.

    Add enough white flour to form a dough.

    Knead 15 minutes.

    Let rise once.

    Shape into loaves.

    Bake with a can of water in the oven at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 6 round loaves.
