- Bell pepper, onion, celery

- salt and pepper to taste
- spaghetti noodles
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can English Peas
Directions

1Saute Bell peppers, onion and celery in butter.

2Boil chicken with salt and pepper.

3Retrieve the chicken, save the water to boil the noodles in.

4Chop the chicken, set aside.

5Drain the noodles, set aside.

6Combine velveeta cheese, Rotel, chicken soup and English peas.

7Put all together in a large baking pan.

8Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

9You can put this in a crock pot to keep warm.
