- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 1 Tbsp. flakes or fresh onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 10 to 12 small potatoes, peeled and sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, mix Ro-Tel tomatoes, Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, water, onion, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes in a greased baking dish. Place margarine slice on top and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
