  • 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Saute onion and pepper in oleo until done. Add last 3 ingredients. Cook until blended.

    Put spaghetti and chicken in a large casserole dish.

    Pour the other ingredients over the spaghetti and chicken; mix well. Bake at 350° until done.
