Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 pkg. rotelle macaroni
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 red onion
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small green peppers
  • 6 sweet pickles
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 packets MBT beef broth mix
  • 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pickle juice
  • 2 Tbsp. dill weed

Directions

    Cook macaroni in salt and oil; rinse under cold water and sprinkle with milk to moisten.

    Combine onion, tomatoes, peppers and pickles in small bowl and set aside.

    In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, beef broth, vinegar, pickle juice and dill weed.

    Mix into macaroni, keeping a small amount of sour cream mixture in reserve.

    Add vegetables and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    You can add reserve to moisten just before serving.
