- 1 c. uncooked rotini
- 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 c. red grapes
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry-banana yogurt
- 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
- 10 fresh strawberries, chunked
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chunked
Directions

1Cook rotini according to directions on the package, then drain and rinse several times with cold water.

2Drain again.

3Combine cooled rotini, pineapple chunks, grapes, coconut and slivered almonds.

4Toss with the yogurt.

5Add mandarin oranges, strawberries and kiwi.

6Toss, then chill 4 hours.

7Serves 8 to 10.
