- 1 red onion or bunch green onions
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 bunch broccoli
- bell peppers (red or green)
- pepperoni slices
- Parmesan cheese
- red wine vinegar and oil salad dressing
- Ranch Italian salad dressing
- pepperoncini salad peppers and juice
- rotini pasta
Directions

1Cook pasta until tender.

2Drain and rinse with cold water. Cut up vegetables and mix with pasta.

3Pour dressings and salad pepper juice over pasta a little at a time.

4Taste and add liquids until you like the taste.

5Remember that as this salad marinates it will get stronger.

6Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
