  • 1 round steak
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 to 1 c. cooking sherry
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Cut steak in pieces 1-inch by 2-inches.

    Brown in oil.

    Add onion and sherry and bake one hour at 325°.

    Cover with lid.

    Add cream of mushroom soup and bake another hour.
