  • 4 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Meringue Powder
  • 6 Tablespoons Water, More Or Less As Needed
  • Food Dye (optional)

Directions

    Sift the confectioner's sugar into a bowl and add the meringue powder. Add half of the water, combine, and then add the remaining amount of water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency. The icing should not be runny.

    Beat on high speed for about 10 minutes, or until the frosting forms stiff, glossy peaks.

    Dye and cover immediately to prevent from drying out.
