Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts)
  • 2 tbsp good cocoa
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup rum (or whiskey)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

    Shape into small balls (I used a melon baller) and roll in additional confectioners sugar.

    Age in refrigerator overnight.
