  • 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, fine
  • 1 c. pecan meats, chopped fine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. rum or brandy
  • additional powdered sugar, pecans or cocoa for topping

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls.

    Roll in powdered sugar, pecans or dry cocoa.

    Store in tightly covered container.
