  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg. butter cake mix
  • 1 large (3 3/4 oz.) Jell-O vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. light rum
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Put pecans in bottom of well-greased (use Pam) Bundt pan.

    Mix all other ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Pour into pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
