Rum Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 3/8 ounce.) pkg. vanilla instant pie or possibly pudding mix
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon rum flavor
  • 2 c. fruit cake mix

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Grease and flour tub pan or possibly bundt pan.

    Sprinkle 1/2 of nuts over bottom of pan, Mix all cake ingredients together.

    Pour over nuts.

    Bake for 1 hour.

    Prick top, allow cake to absorb glaze.

    Repeat till galze is used up.
