- 3 Tbsp. fat (margarine or butter)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- about 1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar.

2Stir in half of the sugar.

3Beat well.

4Stir in rest of the sugar, as needed, to make an icing that will stay on cake and spread well.

5Put on cooled cake.

6Makes about 3/4 cup icing.
