- 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, halved
- 1/3 lb. chicken livers, halved
- 8 bacon slices, halved

1Cook chicken livers in butter and soy sauce.

2Wrap chestnut half and piece of chicken liver with 1/2 slice of bacon.

4Marinate 1 hour in soy sauce.
