  • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, halved
  • 1/3 lb. chicken livers, halved
  • 8 bacon slices, halved

    Wrap chestnut half and piece of chicken liver with 1/2 slice of bacon.

    Secure with food pick.

    Marinate 1 hour in soy sauce.

    Broil until bacon is crisp (about 15 minutes).
