- 6 ounces rum cream liqueur, such as rumchata
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, RumChata, spices and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.

3Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes.

4Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife, inserted 1 inch from crust, comes out clean.
