- 2 1/2 lb. skinned chicken pieces
- 1 c. converted rice
- 1 c. canned tomatoes with juice, chopped
- 1 1/2 cans chicken broth
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- seasoning for chicken (sprinkle lightly): poultry seasoning garlic powder paprika
Directions

1Place seasoned chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake 30 minutes in 450° oven.

3Remove chicken from pan.

4Add everything else to pan except broth.

5Bring broth to boil before adding to pan.

6Stir together.

7Place chicken over rice in pan.

8Cover tightly with foil.

9Bake 1 hour or until rice is cooked and chicken is tender.
