  • 6 or more potatoes
  • 2 lb. hamburg
  • 1 or 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 can tomato juice

Directions

    Peel and slice potatoes.

    Fry hamburg.

    In large frypan, layer raw potatoes, then corn, then hamburg.

    Keep layering in this order.

    Top with tomato juice.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
