  • 3 whole Tomatoes
  • 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 2 whole Avocados
  • 1 head Purple Cabbage
  • 6 ounces, weight Matchstick Carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 bottle Favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 14-16 Ounce Bottle
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

    Chop tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, and avocados into cubes (or whatever your preference is) and toss into medium serving bowl. Slice the purple cabbage into thin strips, then toss in with vegetables and add carrots.

    In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, balsamic dressing (I use Newman's Own), and olive oil until combined and then toss with salad.
