  • 1 cup Warm Water [115 degrees]
  • 2 splash Cooking Spray [I prefer olive oil spray]
  • 1 Egg White [beaten]
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 packet Yeast {1 packet or 2 1/4 tsp from jar]
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Meal
