  • 12 cup packed fresh tarragon leaf
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
