- 8 shiso (Japanese) mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 3 ounces very dry sake
- 1 ounce plum wine
Directions

1Tear up the mint (not too small) into a martini shaker.

2Crush the mint.

3Not too much that the mint will be in small pieces, just enough to get the aroma and flavor out.

4Squeeze in the lime juice.

5Add a teaspoon of simple syrup.

6Add ice 2/3rds of the way up the shaker.

7Add very dry sake.

8Add plum wine.

9Shake vigorously.

10Pour into a tall glass.
